Do access passes renew?
No. Every pass is charged once and expires after the selected period.
What happens when a pass expires?
Pass-based library access ends. Books purchased individually remain attached to the purchasing account.
Which formats are included?
Each product page states what is available. The Aham Reader is included, and a PDF download is offered when that edition has a source PDF. EPUB is not currently promised.
Can I upload my own PDF?
Yes. Signed-in readers can add a personal PDF from Profile. Personal files are private and subject to upload and processing limits.
How does translation work?
After selecting text, you must approve sending that passage to MyMemory. No selected text is sent for translation before that approval.
I paid but access is missing. What should I do?
Refresh Profile first, then contact support with the Razorpay payment ID. Server-side payment reconciliation can restore a successfully captured order.
