Terms of Service
These terms describe how Aham Books products, fixed-duration access passes, downloads, personal uploads, and reader tools may be used.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for providing accurate information. Do not share access credentials or attempt to access another person's library.
Purchases and access passes
Individual book purchases unlock the listed edition for the purchasing account. Library passes are prepaid, fixed-duration access products. They do not renew automatically. Prices, currency, included files, and duration are shown before payment.
Permitted use
Digital books are licensed for personal use unless a separate written licence says otherwise. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly host, remove ownership notices from, or use the files to train a commercial model without permission from the rights holder.
Personal uploads
You may upload PDFs that you own or are authorized to use. You retain responsibility for their content. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or highly sensitive material. Aham Books may apply size and processing limits or remove abusive content.
Availability and changes
We work to keep purchased content available, but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Reader features, third-party translation, and file formats may change. Material changes affecting paid access will be communicated where practical.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aham Books is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
